A great submitted exploit from Antti. No download required, this wall hack is built into the game.

• Fire up TF2 and open the console
• type "sv_cheats 1" and "perfui" into the console
• Enter into a game server
  
• Select the "Occlusion Tool" and "View Occluders"

I find that this works best by setting traps with the Demoman and moving to safety behind a wall to trigger them.
