This exploit allows you to get to the top floor as an engineer to build a sentry that a spy cannot kill. It involves using a dispenser to boost yourself up and then building a teleporter exit on the top floor.
The movie demonstrates the exploit very well so I wont explain.
Its only really useful if your team sucks and you cant get past the second control point. Soldiers and Demomen can also get up but it doesn't really benefit them.

I does this all the times.
But I build a sentry then jump on it and build a exit up there.
it sucks because this was just patched recently... theres now a nice invisible wall where you used to be able to put the teleporter

Not quite, you can no longer do it normally, but if you keep pressing build, and slowly (crouching/not crouching) edge off the landing, a few times and you'll get it. I'm going to fraps a video soon.
