All players are able to shoot another player before the round starts by firing above or below the gates in cp_dustbowl. This works from both sides of the gate. Below are two images that illistrate where the exploit is.
This works on all three versions of dustbowl. Use the sniper if you are having trouble finding the spot the dot will disappear when you have found the area you can fire out at other players from.

love your site :D helps me find exploits and you should catagorize the exploits that dont work any more like put it in patched

that is really a key exploit that has been out for a long time.
sad part is i got the orange box for the 360 and sniping through the gate ona controller is not as easy but i manage to work magic once in awhile ;)
